Reena Popat is the founder and Managing Partner of Carter Bond Solicitors, a specialist corporate and commercial law practice established in 2014. With over 15 years of experience in corporate commercial law, Reena has advised on numerous high-profile M&A transactions across both UK and international markets, showcasing her skill in handling complex, cross-border deals.

Reena began her career at Spearing Waite Solicitors as a trainee in 2005, qualifying as a solicitor in 2007. She then joined Ashfords Solicitors, where she served as a corporate solicitor and the Head of India Desk, strengthening her experience in cross-border transactions.

Reena continues to spearhead Carter Bond’s growth, combining her extensive corporate experience with a dedication to delivering practical, tailored solutions for clients in high-stakes transactions.
