Nikesh handles commercial and corporate transactions involving the sale and purchase of businesses as going concerns. He routinely acts for clients in the acquisition and disposal of shareholdings in corporate businesses, with a special interest in the healthcare sector, including retail pharmacies and care homes.

Nikesh also handles and has a great deal of experience in all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, development agreements and property finance.

Career

Nikesh qualified as a solicitor in 2009. He joined Carter Bond Solicitors as a Partner in 2024.
