Rebecca is a partner and Advocate in Ogier's Dispute Resolution team, based in Jersey. She specialises in commercial litigation and has significant experience across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, trust and estate disputes, cross border insolvency, insurance related disputes and judicial review proceedings.
Combining technical excellence with a pragmatic, solutions driven approach, Rebecca provides clear guidance in even the most challenging disputes, working with domestic and international clients on sensitive, high-value matters.
Rebecca regularly advises local and international clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, cross border insolvency, insurance related disputes and judicial review proceedings, from pre-litigation through to trial, often in complex actions involving multiple parties in multiple jurisdictions.
As part of Ogier's Trusts Advisory Group, she often represents trustees and other fiduciaries in trust law matters.
Rebecca sits on the Law Society of Jersey's main committee and the Education Sub-Committee.
Rebecca qualified as an English Solicitor in 2005 and was called to the Jersey Bar as an Advocate in January 2017. She studied at the Instiut d'Etudes Politiques in Aix-en-Provence and Law with French in Manchester where she trained and worked with a large UK firm before moving to Jersey in 2008.
