Career

Nick is one of the leading litigators in Jersey and a key member of Ogier's Trusts Advisory Group, specialising in complex and cross-jurisdictional commercial litigation. He is an experienced and persuasive Advocate, regularly appearing in the Royal Court.

Nick acts for many of the leading trust companies in the Island, assisting them in the full range of contentious trustee, company and regulatory issues that they may face. He also specialises in shareholder litigation and claims of unfair prejudice and breaches of contract and fiduciary duty. He has extensive experience in insolvency and regulatory matters.
