Raúl Enrique Acosta Garza

Mr. Acosta’s specializes in civil, commercial, administrative litigation, and commercial arbitration matters. He has significant experience in cases involving civil liability, insurance, trust litigation procedures, among others. He has served as counsel in commercial arbitration proceedings under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and ad hoc procedures. Raul has provided advice to national and foreign clients in complex litigation before state and federal courts for over 15 years. Prior to co-founding De la Garza & Acosta, he worked at leading dispute resolution law firms in Mexico City and Monterrey.
