Raúl Da Veiga is head of Litigation & Arbitration Department.

He has extensive experience as the head lawyer in complex commercial disputes as well as in litigation on private application of Competition Law. He has a huge experience in advising important operators in antitrust litigation (e.g. claims for damages) and also represents companies in the energy an telecom sector in important litigation and arbitration disputes, as well as advicing to ‘family offices’, construction and infrastructure companies, banks and large retailers. He has also defended the interests of large companies in the most significant bankruptcy proceedings.
