Rani Noakes

Rani’s core practice is complex international commercial litigation and arbitration (including LMAA, LCIA, ICC, SIAC, HKIAC and ad hoc references). She is often instructed in appeals, challenges to jurisdiction and enforcement of arbitral awards, and is experienced in interim relief including freezing and antisuit injunctions.

Her shipping, commodities and international trade practice spans all aspects of admiralty, charterparty and cargo claims as well as commercial disputes concerning international sales contracts, insurance (marine and non-marine), fraud, and banking and finance disputes.

She is instructed in significant on shore and offshore energy, engineering and construction disputes including shipbuilding.
