Career
Ramona is recognised as one of the leading taxation lawyers in Malta. Although her expertise covers any industry, she is particularly active in the Gaming, Commercial, Private Clients and Financial Services industries.
Ramona is Partner and Head of the Tax and Private Client Department at WH Partners. She joined the firm in 2014 and has played a central role in developing its tax practice. Ramona specialises in both direct and indirect taxation, advising corporate and individual clients on cross-border tax structuring, compliance and planning. She also leads the firm’s private client advisory work, including residence and wealth planning for high-net-worth individuals.
Professional Memberships
She is a Council Member of the Malta Institute of Taxation, a member of the Chamber of Advocates and the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, where she serves on the Taxation Sub-Committee. Ramona is also Malta’s National Reporter for the International Bar Association’s Taxes Committee and serves on the Executive Board of Ally Law, a global network of independent law firms.
