Rami Landa heads the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Group.

Rami has over 35 years of vast experience in all aspects of labor law and HR matters.

Rami represents corporate clients in labor-related complicated litigations and advise corporations on a wide range of employment law matters, including current and day-to-day legal issues, labor law aspects of M&A transactions and privatizations, employment-related due diligence, labor unions and work councils, termination of employment issues, structuring executive compensation arrangements, MBO transactions, consulting regarding adaptation of HR policies and employee manuals for multinational companies to Israeli law.

Rami also advise regularly on labor-related IP matters, including breaches of employee non-disclosure agreements, non-competition or non-solicitation agreements.

Rami specialized in Labor litigation in all instances, including preventive counseling and strategies to avoid litigation.
