Alon Sahar is a partner in the corporate and securities group and the technology department.

Alon has over 20 years of experience representing Israeli and international clients in a wide range of sophisticated transactions, including some of the largest transactions completed in Israel. In addition, Alon has invaluable experience advising emerging growth companies in all stages of their development; he has a deep understanding of how technology companies are formed, financed, grown, and taken public or merged. He advises companies at all stages of their development, from initial funding through IPOs and mergers, with his team by taking a “virtual general counsel” approach – providing company executives and managers with a single point of accountability for all their legal needs.
