Rafael Gobbi

Rafael has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, he advises national and international companies in several segments such as data center, commercial, residential, industrial, hospital, logistics, hotel, shopping centers enterprises and agribusiness. With a strong academic background, Rafael has obtained his Law’s degree from Faculdade de Direito da Pontifícia Universidade Catolica de São Paulo (PUC/SP), post-graduate’s degree in Corporate Law from Insper (IBMEC-SP) and post-graduate’s degree in Tax Law from the Universidade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo. Rafael has a Master of Law’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the Wharton Business and Law Certificate from The Wharton School and he is currently enrolled in the New York Bar Association.

Rafael is widely recognized by his multidisciplinary knowledge and strong experience in structuring either equity (with a wide range of corporate structures), and debt investment and divestment transactions in the capital and financial markets, using real estate investment funds and securitization alternatives with real estate receivables.
