Our practice delivers sophisticated solutions for (either direct or indirect) real estate investments as well as aspects related to the development and management of such assets. Our lawyers have multidisciplinary knowledge such as tax, capital markets, M&A, investment funds, environmental, and financial, in order to provide the highest standard of legal advice along with our entire experience in the sector.

 

PMK has created a Real Estate Finance team, a task force composed by firm’s banking and capital market teams to provide solutions in transactions involving the securitization of real estate receivables, real estate investment funds, project finance, infrastructure and energy projects.
