Fernando has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, he advises national and international companies in several segments such as data center, commercial, residential, industrial, hospital, logistics, hotel, shopping centers, amusement parks and agribusiness. He was Invited Professor at Escola Superior de Advocacia da Ordem dos Advogados de São Paulo – ESA OAB/SP of the Real State Law Class (São Paulo Bar Association - ESASP) (between 2008 and 2012); Invited Professor of the Post-Graduation in Real Estate Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV/SP (2011); Member of OAB/SP Real Estate and Urban Planning Commission (between 2010 and 2013); Currently, Consultant of OAB/SP Real Estate and Urban Planning Commission; Member of Vice-Presidency of Development and Urban Land o SECOVI/SP (between 2010 and 2018); Currently, Member of Vice-Presidency of Property Management and Leasing of SECOVI/SP.
