He has been working at BFBM since 2013. Rafael is the leader of our Banking and Consumer Law teams and has been working extensively in a wide range of matters within the field, concerning regulatory restrictions, consumer rights, state and local law limitations, and others. Rafael has been recently ranked at Chambers and Partners Brazil in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation practice area.

He holds an LLB (2007) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC-RJ.

Rafael hobby is being the leader of a Carnival group and running half marathons all over.
