He holds an LL.B. from Universidade do Estado Do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). 

Practice Areas

Felipe is the Head of the Telecommunications department and has worked extensively in a wide variety of matters within the area, concerning regulatory restrictions, consumer and employee rights, state and local law limitations and others. 

His main areas of practice are Telecommunications, Constitutional, Regulatory, Labour and Consumer Law, where he acts as a consultant and as a litigation conductor, with emphasis on the Superior Courts, especially the Federal Supreme Court (STF), the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and the Labour Superior Court (TST). 

Career

He started as an intern at LRB Advogados and since then has been growing with the BFBM team.
