Rachel is a Corporate Partner in Harrison Clark Rickerbys' Thames Valley office where she heads the regional Corporate team. Rachel is well known and highly regarded in the local legal market, having developed a reputation for delivering excellent results and client service.

During her 20+ years' experience of working with high value and complex transaction structures, Rachel has become an expert in providing specialist advice on all aspects of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, MBOs, joint ventures, demergers, shareholder agreements and articles of association.

Rachel’s clients range from large, international groups of companies to owner-managed businesses across a multitude of sectors including Technology, Waste Management, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Social Media, Automotive, Recruitment and Health & Social Care. Rachel has advised clients in the Thames Valley region for the last 17 years and has strong relationships with the area’s professional and business community.
