I act for individuals who have suffered injury as a result of poor care, mainly in claims against GPs and hospitals. I specialise in birth injury, colorectal and stroke cases. I also act on fatal claims, including inquest work.
I trained at national law firm Irwin Mitchell, qualifying in 2002. I progressed to associate solicitor before leaving to head up the clinical negligence department at Alsters Kelley in Leamington. I moved to the Medical Accident Group at Harrison Clark Rickerbys in 2014, where I manage the department with two other partners.
