Career
Qiang GAO is the senior partner at Landing Law Offices, also the head of the Intellectual Property department of Landing Law Offices. He has been practicing IP law for more than 12 years, with extensive theoretical and practical experience in intellectual property rights, unfair competition, international civil and commercial disputes, and non-litigation fields. His clients are mainly in telecommunications, media, entertainment, and technologies.
GAO began his legal career at Dentons Shanghai Office when graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2010. Up to now, He has handled more than 200 litigation and arbitration cases related to intellectual property rights and unfair competition for domestic and overseas clients, involving trademarks, patents, copyright, trade-secrets protection, domain names, franchises, and technology transfer and development disputes, as well as other contract and infringement cases.
