Pontus Ewerlöf

Pontus has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2026. He specializes in arbitration and commercial court proceedings.

Pontus has acted as counsel in a very large number of arbitrations under, among others, SCCs, ICCs, FAIs and other arbitration rules both in Sweden and abroad. His experience as counsel includes, among others, areas such as share and asset transfers, distribution, real estate and construction, banking and finance, energy, and challenges of arbitral awards.

Pontus is regularly appointed as an arbitrator and has been both sole and party-appointed arbitrator and chairman in a large number of Swedish and international cases.
