Daniel frequently represents Swedish, foreign and multinational corporations in high-value disputes before state courts and domestic and international arbitral tribunals. He has acted as counsel under all major arbitral rules (including ICC, SCC, ICDR/AAA, and LCIA), as well as in ad hoc arbitrations. His practice covers disputes in a wide range of areas and industry sectors, including energy and natural resources, infrastructure and construction, supply of industrial works and mechanical equipment, automotive, telecom, public transportation, insurance, post-M&A, and banking and finance.
