With experience that includes litigation against the Estonian Competition Authority and the Estonian state ‒ both in the Estonian courts as well as in international arbitration ‒ she has advised clients on a wide range of tariff regulation issues.
In addition to filing numerous merger notifications with the Estonian Competition authority, she has ‒ uniquely among Estonian lawyers ‒ also filed a merger notification with the European Commission.
