With a strong focus on competition and regulatory matters, public procurement and government relations, Mario advises clients on complex legal and policy issues at the intersection of law, public interest and business. His everyday work benefits from extensive public sector experience, including serving in various governmental roles and as a supervisory board member of state‑owned enterprises, as well as his involvement in drafting key legislation such as the Estonian Competition Act and the Public Procurement Act. Mario has represented Estonia in EU working groups and committees, giving him a well‑rounded perspective.
