Pietro Giorgetti

Pietro provides assistance to Italian and international players and private equity funds in corporate law and M&A.

Pietro also provides ongoing advice on corporate and commercial matters. He has also an extensive experience in the renewable energy and sale and distribution of gas sectors.

Pietro works also in the field of litigation, with significant experience in corporate and commercial matters, assisting commercial and industrial companies, as well as managers and individuals who have held corporate offices in major and sensitive disputes.

He has been recognised by Legal 500 EMEA 2025 - 2026 for his work in the field of Italian Corporate M&A Law.

Pietro has been a Partner of ALPEGGIANI Avvocati Associati since joining the firm in 2019.

Prior to joining ALPEGGIANI in 2019, Pietro had gained experience in the field of Italian Corporate Law and Private Equity as an alumnus of a number of leading firms including Baker & McKenzie and Munari Gatti (today known as Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici).
