Leonardo Proni

Leonardo Proni is a Partner of ALPEGGIANI Avvocati Associati.

He has extensive experience advising national and international clients on Corporate M&A and Private Equity transactions in Italy and abroad.

This is in addition to the counsel he provides on extraordinary Equity transactions such as IPOs, and capital increases, Debt transactions such as EMTN’s and other notes’ issues even of structured nature, and Corporate and Contractual Joint Ventures.

Leonardo has a long history of assisting client in the Fashion, Finance, Manufacturing, Industrial, Healthcare, M&A and Venture Capital sectors.

He has been recognised by Legal 500 EMEA 2025 - 2026 for his work in the field of Italian Corporate M&A Law.

Leonardo commenced his legal career in 1991 – working at top national and international law firms such as Ashurts, BonelliErede, LCA, and hi.lex of which he was a Founding Partner.

He joined ALPEGGIANI Avvocati Associati as a Partner in January 2024.
