Pierre-Siffrein Guillet

Avocat à la Cour, Siffrein joined the firm in 2023 and handles complex transactions in banking and finance, capital markets, and corporate law/mergers and acquisitions, taking a cross-disciplinary approach that integrates tax law and business law. He has proven experience in structuring and executing high-value-added transactions, gained through both hands-on experience and strategic consulting.

Before joining the firm, he founded and led a consulting firm in Switzerland and Luxembourg and served as Industry Leader – Family Office Services at IQ-EQ Luxembourg. He also served as Of Counsel at a Luxembourg law firm.

His background is further enriched by his academic experience as a professor and researcher in tax law and public law at Aix-Marseille III University, giving him a solid grasp of both the technical and theoretical aspects of the field. He holds a Ph.D. in tax law, as well as two Master’s 2 degrees—one in tax law and public finance and the other in tax law—from Aix-Marseille III University. Siffrein speaks French and English.
