Matthieu Visse

Matthieu joined the firm in 2020 and works with local as well as international clients on a broad range of transactions in banking and financial law (corporate and real estate financing, and refinancings) as well as corporate law (M&A and fundraising).

Prior to joining DSM Avocats à la Cour, he worked for several years as an associate in the corporate/M&A and banking law departments of several international law firms based in Luxembourg.

Matthieu holds a Masters 2 in Banking and Finance and a Master’s 2 in International Business Law from Paris Descartes University, and also earned an LLM in European Legal Studies from Cardiff University. He speaks French and English.
