He has a broad practice, but with a particular specialism in advising organisations in the education and arts sectors. These include schools, colleges, universities, arts bodies, artists and related entities.

Personal

Phil holds a BA (Hons) and MA in Archaeology & Anthropology from the University of Cambridge (Trinity Hall), as well as an MA in Archaeology from the University of Durham (Ustinov College). He completed a Graduate Diploma in Law at Oxford Brookes University and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Moorgate. Phil is also a trustee of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom Arts Trust.
