Recent/ongoing cases include: Gutmann –CAT, competition law, collective damages action; Viasat v Ofcom –CA, satellites – inflight broadband; DfT v Arriva –CA, railway public procurement; Lewis v MIB –CA, motor insurance directives, emanations of the state; Ocean Outdoors –CA, concession contracts; Air Cargo – biggest UK cartel follow-on damages claim; JJ v HMRC – CA, tax, HMRC powers; Edenred v HM Treasury, Supreme Court, public procurement, variation of contracts); Delaney v DfT - for successful Francovich damages claimant; Recall v DCMS - for successful defendant to Francovich damages; Abdulrahim v Council, CJEU, EU sanctions. Older cases include: Lonsdale, House of Lords (commercial agents' compensation); 'Metric Martyr' litigation.
