His practice focuses on advising PE firms and sovereign wealth funds on their buy-out and venture capital transactions in Greater China. Educated, qualified and having practised law in both China and the UK, Philip offers a unique skillset for global and regional PE clients focused on Greater China investments opportunities. Over the years, Philip has developed a strong market reputation across all forms of sponsor-driven investment activity, particularly on public M&A and growth capital transactions.
