Edward has advised on a range of transactions in Asia and Europe, including private and public M&A (including takeovers) and financial sponsor-led transactions. Edward has significant experience advising on a number of high-profile M&A transactions (in particular, market leading Hong Kong public M&A transactions). Edward also regularly advises PE clients on their existing and proposed new investments and divestments across Greater China.
