UK Bar
Practice Areas
Revenue Law, with particular emphasis on international taxation (both UK international taxation and international tax law and practice) and on taxpayer rights
I no longer accept instruction to take on a leading role in tax litigation but am happy to join a litigation team as support member in my areas of specialisation, and to act as an expert in litigation. I maintain a very active advisory practice in all areas of international and UK taxation (from which I have no current plans to retire). I have a growing role in international tax arbitrations (as arbitrator or expert)
