Petter Wenehult

Petter has been with Elmzell since 2014 and became partner in 2021. Founded in 1988, Elmzell has over the years maintained its position as the leading boutique firm for employment/HR law in Sweden.

Petter assists in all HR law challenges – no matter size. Matters for Petter often involve drafting of agreements, handling reorganizations, union consultations, employment law disputes, investigations and advising HR-professionals in employee matters. Petter also has a great interest in international employment law issues and is heading Elmzell’s practice for immigration, work permits and posting of workers.

Over the years, Petter has been working on various international projects and has gained an extensive experience in handling matters in an international context often together with colleagues in Ius Laboris - an international alliance of leading law firms focused on international HR law. The law firms work closely together to help clients with international matters such as advising on a particular matter in a country or coordinating HR law issues in most countries, for example in major reorganisations or the implementation of global policies.
