Our Insurance & Liability team has a leading position in the Dutch market. With around 20 specialists, we are one of the largest dedicated teams in The Netherlands. Embedded in a full service firm, we are able to serve our clients in every aspect of their business.
The expertise of our team is wide and diverse. We handle large and complex material damage claims (under GL, Property, CAR), product liability claims, a wide range of personal injury claims (including medical malpractice), as well as professional liability claims against all kinds of professionals and D&O claims.
We combine a broad experience in drafting insurance policies with an excellent track-record in assisting our clients in policy disputes, litigation and arbitration. We advise on the development and (domestic and cross–border) distribution of insurance products, and on portfolio transfers and joint ventures. In addition, we assist clients with compliance with all financial regulatory aspects of doing insurance business in the Netherlands.
