Peter is partner with focus on banking and finance and out-of-court restructuring and insolvency. His principal areas of work are cross-border leveraged finance transactions, real estate finance, fund financing and investment grade lending. He represents Swedish and foreign banks, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and direct lending funds.
Peter has been a lawyer since 2003 and joined BAHR in 2026 from Schjødt, and before that from White & Case in Stockholm where he worked as a Counsel. Prior to that Peter worked at Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) and the Swedish law firm Vinge.
