Peter represents Metroselskabet against Copenhagen Metro Team, the consortium of Italian contractors which performed the civil works on the Cityringen stage of the Copenhagen Metro, regarding large claims totalling approx. €1bn against the employer, Metroselskabet, for alleged extra works, delay and disruption.

Peter represents Metroselskabet against Copenhagen Metro Team, the consortium of Italian contractors which performed the civil works on the Cityringen stage of the Copenhagen Metro, regarding large claims totalling approx. €1bn against the employer, Metroselskabet, for alleged extra works, delay and disruption.

Peter has assisted Metroselskabet in drafting and negotiating a final settlement and completion agreement with civil works contractor consortium Tunnel 3L Joint Venture (consisting of international contractors Hochtief, Vinci, and others) to ensure settlement of all outstanding issues and claims between the parties and ensuring timely completion of the works to allow the metro to open as planned.

Peter is assisting Odense Tramway in a dispute against transportation system contractor COMSA which has raised claims for alleged extra works and 12 months’ extension of time due to Covid-19, prolonged authority approval processes and other issues.
