Peter has assisted Metroselskabet in drafting and negotiating a final settlement and completion agreement with civil works contractor consortium Tunnel 3L Joint Venture (consisting of international contractors Hochtief, Vinci, and others) to ensure settlement of all outstanding issues and claims between the parties and ensuring timely completion of the works to allow the metro to open as planned.
Peter is assisting Odense Tramway in a dispute against transportation system contractor COMSA which has raised claims for alleged extra works and 12 months’ extension of time due to Covid-19, prolonged authority approval processes and other issues.
