Since 1974, VILTOFT has been a leading provider of legal services to the building and construction industry.
The firm provides advice and representation to employers, contractors, architects, engineers, insurance companies and investors and has been involved in most of the significant construction and engineering projects in Denmark during the last several decades.
Perhaps most notably, VILTOFT is sole legal advisor on all construction and procurement matters to Metroselskabet I/S, the public company building the Copenhagen Metro. The Metro has for many years been one of Denmark’s largest construction projects. VILTOFT’s team often advises clients on cross-border projects based on international standard contracts such as the FIDIC contracts.
Within real estate VILTOFT advises both public and private clients on, inter alia, development projects, public-private partnerships (PPPs) as well as on sales and purchases of real estate. For example, VILTOFT advises urban real estate developers on development projects in collaboration with municipalities across the country.
