Permsak Krairiksh

Permsak is a partner in the Financial Services Practice Group and specializes in aircraft financing and leasing, as well as project development and finance. With 18 years of experience in the aviation sector, he has the insight and expertise to handle any aspect of major aircraft financings, including ECA financings, operating leases, and finance leases, including French finance leases, in Thailand. He has in-depth knowledge of Thailand's aviation legal framework as prescribed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), including registration and deregistration of aircraft and the rules and regulations with respect to doing business as an aircraft operator. A key matter is representing Thai Airways International Public Company Limited in their financial restructuring and court-supervised business rehabilitation plan.

Permsak joined Baker McKenzie, Bangkok’s Financial Services Practice Group in 2004, after participating in the Firm’s Summer Associate Program with the Corporate & Securities Group in Washington, D.C. in 2003.
