4.牵头南平市首例预重整成功案例（福建某投资有限公司棚户区改造项目），2个月内完成重整，化解27亿元债务及1166户安置问题

1.Led the bankruptcy restructuring case of Fujian StarNet Group Co., Ltd. (one of Fujian's Top 10 Legal Events of 2022), facilitating corporate recovery with involved funds of RMB 250 million.

2.Represented China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. Fujian Branch in an enforcement case against Yango Group, successfully disposing of 44.4 million shares within six months and recovering nearly RMB 100 million—the only successful case of its kind.

3.Secured a victory for Fujian Guancheng Yuantai Creative Park Construction Development Co., Ltd., resulting in the administrative authority returning deposits, land transfer fees, and compensation totaling RMB 143 million.

4.Spearheaded Nanping's first successful pre-restructuring case (a shantytown renovation project by a Fujian investment company), completing restructuring within two months, resolving RMB 2.7 billion in debt and the resettlement of 1,166 households.

5.Provided long-term specialized legal services to the four major asset management companies, recovering debts exceeding tens of billions of RMB cumulatively, and led due diligence for a RMB 2 billion real estate project restructuring.
