He has advised clients in relation to administrative proceedings, civil and administrative litigation, internal investigations and compliance programmes, corporate transactions and commercial contracts. He has been a pioneer in Spain in civil litigation arising from competition law infringements and is an authoritative voice in regulated sectors such as the circular economy or the agri-food sector.
Prior to founding rēgula, Pedro was head of the competition law and commercial contracts department of one of the country's leading law firms, as well as a member of its management committee.
