Practice Areas
Pedro is an experienced advisor on Spanish and EU competition law. He has represented numerous clients in government investigations into restrictive practices and mergers. Pedro also leads teams in complex competition litigation cases before both administrative and civil courts. His client roster includes large Spanish corporates and banks, as well as foreign multinationals.
Career
Pedro is a partner and leads the firm's Competition and EU Law practice area. He is also a member of the board of directors of the firm. Prior to joining Ramón y Cajal Abogados in 2011, Pedro practised law with Martínez Lage & Asociados and Linklaters.

Pedro has been an editor of Gaceta Jurídica de la Unión Europea y de la Competencia, and of the Columbia Journal on European Law. He has authored and co-authored several academic articles, and is regularly invited to speak on competition law issues.
