Career

Paulo is a partner in Technology, Data Protection and Intellectual Property at Lefosse.

He has extensive experience in matters relating to the internet, technology, privacy and data protection, structuring new digital business models and intellectual property.

Paulo holds a doctorate and master’s degree in International Law from USP (Universidade de São Paulo). He is also a Specialist in Law and Information Technology from POLI-USP (Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo). Paulo is a certified ECPC-B Professional Data Protection Officer – DPO issued by the European Centre of Privacy and Cybersecurity (ECPC), Maastricht University.
