André Zonaro Giacchetta acts in litigation and advisory on technology industry matters, with recognized expertise in privacy, data protection and civil liability issues involving internet platforms. He represents clients in public hearings and leading-case proceedings before the Federal Supreme Court with regard to relevant technology and related matters, as well as before regulatory bodies and the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
