Career

Paulina focuses her practice on labour law and social security. She advises national and multinational companies on individual and collective labour law matters. Her experience includes advising on the day-to-day operations linked to the human resources area, litigation and administrative procedures, design and implementation of internal policies, labour due diligence processes, harassment investigations, tax matters linked to remuneration, benefits and severance payments, and everything necessary for a company to start its operations in Chile from a labour perspective.
