Paula acts for individuals, including directors and senior executives. She specialises in contract disputes, whistleblowing, and maternity and sex discrimination cases. For over 10 years, Paula has successfully represented individuals and senior executives in the city as well as hospital consultants, and she is involved in everything from advising on negotiated exits to litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court. In her most recent years of practice, Paula has mainly been involved in a very significant multi-million pound bonus and long term incentive dispute which was litigated in the High Court and the Employment Tribunal. Paula provides regular media commentary in broadcast and in print, including BBC, ITV, Sky, Evening Standard, and Financial Times.
Paula has been a solicitor at Slater and Gordon since 2012.
