Claire is a Partner at BDBF LLP and has over 18 years’ experience as an employment lawyer.

Claire is a trusted adviser to senior executives, professionals, directors and LLP members in a variety of sectors, notably financial services and professional services. She advises employers on a range of matters including internal processes, exits and disputes. She has a particular interest in issues facing women at work including pregnancy and maternity discrimination, the gender pay gap and sexual harassment. Claire frequently assists individuals with physical and mental health conditions to navigate workplace challenges and disputes.

Career

Claire trained at Hammonds (now Squire Patton Boggs), was admitted as a solicitor in 2004 and later worked at Slater and Gordon (previously Russell Jones & Walker) before joining BDBF as a partner in 2021.

Claire is dual-qualified in England & Wales and Ireland. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association (Labor & Employment Law Section) and the London Irish Lawyers Association.
