Paul specialises in complex Commercial and Chancery disputes involving banking, company disputes and civil fraud. Recent highlights include acting in the first civil Libor-fixing trial (PAG v RBS) and the subsequent London Executive Aviation v RBS and Morley v RBS litigation. Paul frequently acts in company and partnership disputes including numerous unfair prejudice petitions, shareholder disputes and claims for breaches of duty including Eclairs v JKX. Paul has considerable experience of fraud work. In the aviation field Paul has acted in matters arising out of Monarch Airlines administration and for the successful claimant in the Novus Aviation v Alubaf Bank dispute concerning aircraft finance. Paul is frequently instructed in arbitration claims and associated applications to the English Court.
