Career

For more than 40 years, Mickey Pohl has tried product liability, toxic tort, antitrust, corporate governance, telecommunications, natural resources, and health care cases of all kinds across the country. He regularly counsels clients on U.S. litigation issues in Europe, South America, and the Middle East. He has argued numerous appeals in state and federal courts. Mickey is a Life Member of The American Law Institute, Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, former chair of the Lawyer's Advisory Committee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and is in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame.
