Paul practices in the areas of securities litigation, corporate/commercial litigation, professional negligence, employment law and professional regulation discipline. He is bilingual and conducts litigation and administrative matters in both English and French. He has been with Stockwoods for over 30 years, joining us in 1990 after practicing at a large Toronto firm. Paul is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is named in the Lexpert/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada in the categories of Corporate Litigation and Securities Litigation.

In addition to his distinguished career at Stockwoods, Paul is a member and past director of The Advocates' Society and a member and past President of the Association des juristes d'expression français de l'Ontario. He is also a contributing editor of Corporate Litigation (a Federated Press publication) and the Toronto Law Journal. He is a member of the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association.

Paul speaks and writes on the subjects of civil litigation, securities litigation, professional discipline proceedings and advocacy.
