Paul’s case load covers the full spectrum of the most serious claims, including brain and spinal injuries, fatal accidents and amputations, across the range of road traffic, employers’ and public liability accidents.
Paul has extensive experience of complex and high value claims involving capacity, care and case management packages including statutory funding, accommodation claims, prosthetics, assistive technology and provisional damages.
Paul has a substantial advisory nature to his practice and is regularly instructed for his advice in conference and he also has considerable experience of costs, frequently being instructed in high value claims to appear at Cost and Case Management Hearings.
Paul is extremely accessible, easy to work with, has a prompt turnaround of work and great attention to detail. Paul is very effective in a team, regularly working with solicitors and Leading Counsel in catastrophic claims.
Paul has a particular interest in claims involving amputations and prosthetic use and those arising from cycling and motor cycling accidents. Paul is happy to utilise paperless working and technology, including for remote conferences.
Personal
Paul is a keen sportsman, playing squash, cycling, running and swimming. He is a general enthusiast of anything outdoors, including camping, hiking and dog walking.
