Ami is an experienced children law specialist, practicing in both private and public law and international matters. Ami is regularly instructed as Leading Junior Counsel and undertakes challenging cases involving: • serious allegations including of physical, sexual and emotional abuse of children, domestic abuse and coercive control; • high parental conflict; • complex medical evidence and serious injuries • interplay with criminal proceedings; and • forced marriage, FGM and applications under the Inherent Jurisdiction. She is known for her particular skills in cases with a forensic fact-finding element and also for her client care supporting vulnerable parties. Ami is qualified to accept Direct Access Instruction.
