Jason is a commercial and chancery specialist barrister.
Jason has vast experience with high-value multi-track cases and has regular court appearances, frequently acting as sole counsel in the High Court. Outside of court, Jason advises in conferences, advises by telephone, drafts statements of case and provides written advice.
Jason has particular commercial expertise in a wide range of commercial disputes including shareholder disputes, contractual disputes (often involving allegations of fraud), intellectual property matters and company and partnership disputes.
Further, Jason has specialist chancery experience regarding private client matters, wills, probate and trusts, TOLATA matters and encompasses all issues related to real property, including easements, boundaries and nuisance/trespass to land.
Career
Jason graduated with a 1st Class Law Degree and an ‘Outstanding’ on the Bar Course, performing top of his year on both courses, and has been the recipient of the following awards:
